You have probably seen us on the court and field, yelling at referees, possibly picking up a yellow card or technical; we defend our team’s no matter the cost. That’s what we will do for you, our fieldston team; defend, protect, and lead.

Our names are Caroline Ciagne and Wade Dixon and we are ready to be your voice, and we will not stop until you are heard. We care about Fieldston; it is as simple as that and we will make it our goal to incorporate not only what we love but what you love into our school. We love having debates with friends on Mr. Montera’s couch, the occasional piano music drifting from the theater department during rehearsals, and the comfort of the library on a rainy day.

Fieldston’s campus is constantly buzzing with creativity, inside and outside the classroom; every student is up to something. We want to make sure that every student’s accomplishments are heard and shared throughout the community along with the many opportunities the school offers for students to get involved in on campus. We have a solution for that. A weekly newsletter from your favorite FSG presidents updating you on all there is to know about campus life and bridge the gap between opportunities and students; one of the many initiatives we have in store for the student body.

After speaking with students who are majoring in Art, they all felt their art pieces needed to be shared more. This brought to life the idea of decorating the school in student’s pieces to not only to help represent the art majors, but also to give our campus some more life to it. Our vision with a weekly newsletter is to make the students on the forefront of the school. After all, the students are what make the school.

We value every single one of your personal achievements, and we want everyone to see how important they are too. Send us an email about a recent essay you wrote, or a cartoon that you’re proud of and it can be sent in a weekly newsletter. The end goal is to help uplift and inspire students to feel confident in every aspect of student life.

We want to bring together this community disconnected during covid through a screen; we will bring life back to the campus. With us as co-presidents we will make sure your needs are heard. Whether that be through community bonding events like seasonal pep rallies, music showcases, dances, and academic competitions or quiet spaces with couches to help you get through the day. We are here for you no matter what.
