For those of you who do not know us, we can assure you that you definitely will not meet us this school year! That is because Alex and Dahlia are both at semester school. Alex is currently competing in the high school division of Survivor (The Island School) and Dahlia is at Hogwarts learning how to treat people with kindness (The School for Ethics and Global Leadership in London). And we know. You might have some concerns about voting for candidates who do not go here, but rest assured, you can change that narrative.
When Felix Adler founded the Ethical Culture Fieldston School on that sacred day in 1878, he dreamed of an institution molding the future generation of change-makers. For the past 146 years, the FSG co-presidents have been students who actually attended Fieldston. YOU can be that change maker Felix was talking about by voting for Alex and Dahlia.
Now for our initiatives:
1. Bring Back the Commons. After competing for her third year on the Fieldston Varsity Table Tennis team, Dahlia plans to work closely with the athletics department to bring Table Tennis back to the Commons.
2. Opening Fieldston Campuses in London and the Bahamas. We cannot make any promises on this one but it would be pretty cool!
3. A website for booking study rooms in the library. Imagine a website where you can simply click to check availability and book a study room in the Tate.
