Hey Fieldston!!
We are Zoe Feinberg (she/her) and Zach Landau (he/him) and we would be delighted to be your FSG Co-Presidents.
Each of you has a clear option in this election. You may either stick with the status quo or select leaders who can offer new insights and viewpoints.
We think that our backgrounds – having attended Fieldston for a combined 22 years – and our outgoing personalities will enable us to contribute fresh perspectives to student related issues. We have each participated in multiple school sports and a diverse range of extracurriculars. During this next year, we will bring perseverance, diligence, and the capacity to collaborate with the diverse cross section of our community and, simultaneously, maintain a fun overall environment.
Above all, we think our primary responsibilities will be to (1) pay attention to each of you – our fellow classmates – and (2) keep in regular contact with you.
We are seeking your vote in this upcoming election and, if elected, we will work diligently to advocate for the following goals:
- Food and beverage
- Wider and more frequent availability of ice coffee
- Accessibility to vending machines across school hours
- Diversity of lunch and breakfast menu
- Academic Enhancements
- Dedication of space to individual and group work in the library
- Real time grade access
- Online access to reserve study rooms in the library
- Availability of charging stations around campus
- Social and Communal enhancements
- More frequent and diverse social activities throughout the day and the calendar year
- Better quality and greater quantity feminine products
- Reinvention of the school store
- Additional seating outdoors and in the stu-fac
As you can see, our ability to think outside of the box will enable us to bring a new and exciting future. We will succeed if we work together as a team. If you choose us to be your FSG Co-Presidents, we promise to lead in an honest and transparent manner.
