To Our Most Honorable Readers,
Because our community cannot assemble in traditional fashion this Founder’s Day, the Fieldston News will spend the next several days publishing the words of seniors who would like to share sentiments in honor of the occasion. Though we are kept apart by pandemic on this first Friday of May, we hope to mark this important day notwithstanding the challenging circumstances faced by our community at this time.
It is with this in mind that we launch a series of articles penned “In the Spirit of Felix Adler,” beginning with the words to our school’s anthem “Iam Canamus.” We wish each and every member of our community a happy and most importantly, a healthy Founder’s Day 2020.
